How to Review Wiki Beauty

We would be happy to hear your feedback and learn about your experience with Wiki Beauty, our products, and the delivery service. You can easily rate your order by following the steps below:


Step One: Access Your Account

Visit the Wiki Beauty store, then click the Account icon:

  • In the upper corner of the page.
  • Or tap the My Account icon located in the center of the bottom navigation bar.

To go directly to your account on the Wiki Beauty store, click My Account on Wiki Beauty.

Step Two: Sign In or Create an Account

After clicking the Account icon, the Wiki Beauty sign-in window may appear.

You can sign in using one of the following methods:

  • Enter the mobile number linked to your account, then click Sign In.
  • Sign in using your email address.
  • Continue with your Apple, Facebook, or Google account.

Make sure that you are visiting the official Wiki Beauty store at https://thewikibeauty.com, as shown in the following image.

If you do not have an account, you can create a new one from the same window.

Step Three: Access Your Account After Signing In

After signing in, the home page will appear, and the Account icon will change to your profile picture, confirming that you have signed in successfully.

Click the Account icon from:

  • The top of the page.
  • Or the My Account icon in the bottom navigation bar.

Step Four: Select Orders

Your account menu will appear. Select Orders, as shown in the image.

Alternatively, you can go directly to your orders by clicking My Orders on Wiki Beauty.

Step Five: Select the Order You Want to Review

The Orders page will display your previous orders.

Find the order you want to review, then click it. Make sure that the order status is Completed or Delivered, as shown in the following image.

Step Six: Click the Rate Button

After opening the order details, you will find the Rate button at the bottom of the page.

Click Rate to open the store, product, and delivery rating page.

Step Seven: Rate the Store

Start by rating your experience with the Wiki Beauty store:

  • Select the number of stars that best represents your experience with the store.
  • Write a comment about your experience.
  • Click Rate Products.

Step Eight: Rate the Product

The product rating page will appear:

  • Select the appropriate number of stars.
  • Write a comment about your experience with the product.
  • Click Rate Shipping to proceed to the final step.

Step Nine: Rate the Shipping Company

After rating the store and the product, the shipping company rating page will appear:

  • Select the number of stars that best represents your delivery experience.
  • Write a comment about your shipping and delivery experience.
  • Click Submit Review.

Step Ten: Submit Your Review

After clicking Submit Review, your review will be successfully submitted. Thank you for shopping with Wiki Beauty.
