We at Wiki Beauty always strive to satisfy our customers with products that are not just fragranced items, but complete, healthy care for skin and hair. Our products contain nourishing formulas and vitamins approved by the Saudi Food and Drug Authority. For this reason, we provide an exchange and return policy for all Wiki Beauty products. Please read the terms carefully before starting any return or exchange process.
Exchange Policy:
- There is no exchange for any product from Wiki Beauty if the mistake is from the customer in choosing the product.
- Exchange is available only if there is an error from the store, such as a damaged product or shipping a product different from the one ordered. In this case, the issue must be documented with a video and sent to wiki-beauty-customer-service-via-whatsApp.
- No product can be exchanged after it has been opened for health reasons.
- The exchange period is within 24 hours from the date and time of receiving the product as shown by the selected shipping company. The request must be sent via WhatsApp by clicking on wiki-beauty-whatsApp and contacting us before the period ends. If 24 hours pass from receiving the product and the customer wishes to exchange it, it will not be eligible for exchange and the customer bears responsibility.
- Exchange is only for the same product or for another product provided that the new product is of a higher price and all conditions are met.
- In promotional offers where a bundle is purchased with a free product and the conditions for exchange are met, the entire order must be returned along with the free product.
- If the exchange is approved by Wiki Beauty Customer Service and all conditions are met, a shipping label will be issued for the customer. The customer must then take the shipment to the nearest branch of the shipping company chosen during the order, or to the company specified by Customer Service at wiki-beauty, within 24 hours from the time the shipping label is sent to the customer.
- The shipping label expires within 24 hours from the date and time it is sent to you, unless there is a weekend, in which case it will be extended to 48 hours.
- The product can be exchanged only once if all conditions are met.
Return Policy:
- There is no return for any product from wiki-beauty if the mistake is from the customer in choosing the product.

- No product will be accepted for return if more than 24 hours have passed from the date of receipt under any circumstances.
Important Notes:
- Shipping fees paid at the time of order are strictly non-refundable.
- If the customer does not cooperate with the shipping companies or Wiki Beauty couriers in receiving the product, the customer will bear the shipping costs deducted from the order value in case of cancellation/return before receipt. If the customer wishes to have the shipment sent again, additional shipping fees will be added and paid via bank transfer to Wiki Beauty’s account. If the payment method was cash on delivery, a report will be filed with the relevant authorities and the user will be blocked by store management.
- If the error is from the store, Wiki Beauty will bear all shipping costs, excluding the original shipping fees paid at the time of order.
- If the order has been placed and a shipping label has been issued, and the customer then wishes to cancel after the label is issued, the customer will bear the original shipping fees. If the order has already been shipped and the customer wishes to cancel, the customer will bear double the original shipping cost.
- If the return is processed via Tabby or Tamara, any discount code applied to the order, if available, will be cancelled.
- If the order has been placed and the customer wishes to modify the order, they may contact us to make changes provided this is done before the order is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot modify it.
- If the customer wishes to change the shipping address before the shipping label is issued, they can contact Wiki Beauty via WhatsApp. If the shipping label has already been issued and the customer wishes to change the address, they must contact the shipping company chosen during the order.
- If a refund is approved, the amount will be refunded within 7 to 14 business days, and the refund will be processed according to the original payment method used for the order. In the case of cash on delivery (if available), the refund will be made via bank transfer.
- All products at Wiki-Beauty must be unused and undamaged if you wish to exchange or return them.
